Dr. Wells spent his early childhood in Florida before moving to Cheyenne at the age of 6. He is a graduate of Central High School and attended the University of Wyoming. His professional training occurred at the Southern California College of Optometry, where he graduated with distinction. He completed a residency in Primary Care/Ocular Disease at the Los Angeles Veterans Administration Hospital before joining the clinic in 1991. Dr. Wells is a consultant for Vistakon, a leading manufacturer of Contact Lenses in the world. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and served as President of the Board of Directors of the Wyoming Optometric Association. He also serves on the board of Needs Inc. of Cheyenne. Dr. Wells is licensed in Wyoming, and Colorado. Dr. Wells, O.D. has full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. When not working, he enjoys bow hunting, waterfowl hunting, and spending time with his wife, Gina, and their granddaughter.

Dr. Carroll is a Wyoming native and graduate of Cheyenne East High School. He obtained his Associates Degree from Laramie County Community College, a BS with Honors from the University of Wyoming, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Southern California College of Optometry. Dr. Carroll has practiced here since 1981. He is a member of the Wyoming Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry, and the American College of Optometric Physicians. He has hospital privileges at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Dr. Carroll is licensed in Wyoming, Colorado, and California. 

Dr. Carroll, O.D. has full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. He served on the Board of Optometric Examiners for the State of Wyoming. Dr. Carroll is a clinical skills examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. In September 2010 he became a Fellow and was Board Certified by the American Board of Clinical Optometry. In 2011 Dr. Carroll became a Diplomat and was board certified by the American Board of Optometry by examination. Also in 2011 he became board certified by the American Board of Certification in Medical Optometry in Medical Optometry. He was the first Optometrist in the State of Wyoming to become Board Certified. Dr. Carroll is a COPE reviewer for the Association of Regulator Boards of Optometry. He is a consultant for the Accreditation Council on Optometric Education (ACOE). ACOE accrediates Schools and Colleges of Optometry, Optometric Technican Programs and Optometric Residency Programs.

Marty is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Optometry for the Illinois College of Optometry. He is a clinical instructor for the University of Wyoming Medical Residency Program. In January of 2010 Dr. Carroll was named the Optometrist of the Year by the Wyoming Optometric Association. Marty was raised in Cheyenne and was past president of the Frontier Lions Club, the Cheyenne Jaycees, and the Wyoming Optometric Association. He was named to the Cheyenne East High School Hall of Fame and also was featured in the Laramie County Community College Talon Magazine. Dr. Carroll loves sports and family. He is married to Claudia and has two daughters Jennifer and Lauren. Dr. Carroll's passion is to treat and educate patients about eye, vision and body conditions and to train students to be doctors that their patients can see EYE to EYE with!

Dr. Josh LaHiff is a partner at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic. Dr. LaHiff recently graduated from Pacific University College of Optometry. Dr. LaHiff, O.D. is a Wyoming licensed optometrist with full accreditation and is DEA certified to prescribe oral and topical medications to treat eye diseases and infections. Dr. Lahiff has interests in the diagnosis' treatment and management of dry eye patients. He is a consultant for Vistakon and Allergan pharmaceuticals. Dr. Josh was born and raised in Cheyenne. He attended Central High School and the University of Wyoming. His areas of concentration are contact lenses, medical eyecare and vision therapy. Josh's wife Corrina is a teacher at Sunrise Elementary School. They have one daughter. He enjoys sports and traveling.

Jenna , best described by the doctors as conscientious can be found wearing glasses for computer work. She also wears sunglasses when hiking around Vedauwoo with fiance Brian.Matt, the altruistic American Board of Opticianry Certified brother of Dr. LaHiff got hooked on CVC after an internship during college. The Maui Jims lover also has eyeglasses that match every item in his closet. He finds daily-use contacts handy for outdoors and swimming.The spunky mother, National Contact Lens Examiners, and American Board of Opticianry Certified, Jenn loves repairing frames but also the Cheyenne Vision Clinic’s top of the line technology. This heart – strong woman also finds a place in her heart for the ASPCA and Toys for Tots.The “intense” hard-working Josey, can be found in the office glued to the computer or making patients smile. She wears Acuvue 2 contacts or glasses, either way she loves being able to see the world clearly. She is currently a Certified Paraoptometric, as well as National Contact Lens Examiner.The mother of two Briana is commonly described as friendly. This cheerful energetic Cheyenne native is a huge help with contacts as she is commonly found highlighting her beauty with purple Freshlooks.Jeff, a kind heart-felt gentleman described as animated brings a fun component to our office. This People – Loving technician is found sporting various “fly” glasses, his favorite being Lacoste.A young lady recently returning from a study abroad in Brazil, Ariel also finds the Cheyenne Vision Clinic a wonderful work/study environment. She is lucky to not need any vision correction however enjoys Acuvue 2 colored contacts.Alyx, described as dedicated loves working at the Cheyenne Vision Clinic for the love of science and people. She finds her Coach glasses the best way to keep up with her toddler.Joleen described as being an honest / straight-forward person enjoys making patients feel important. At home she cares most about her three little ones.Tabatha described as charismatic finds making patients feel welcome as her favorite part, so far. This mother of two is happy to not need vision correction, but may try blue contacts to match her new uniform.The reserved, caring and friendly Brittany is a first time mother that comes to us from Arizona. She too is not in need of vision correction, however monitors her eye health regularly.Autumn brings to the office, a great sense of understanding and knowledge. This Contact lens wearer cant wait to get her new Tiffany's with all their GLITZ back from the lab.Vanessa has been hesitant to wear glasses in the past but her new occupation already has her showing off some stunning Bvlgari glasses.
